Online Nikah UK assists Muslim couples living in London with Pakistan-based Nikah coordination and marriage-documentation support. London is a client service area. We currently have no physical UK office, mosque, registrar or marriage venue.
Online Nikah Service Scope
Nikah is an Islamic marriage service for Muslim couples. We assess whether a suitable Pakistan-based arrangement is available after reviewing both parties’ locations, nationality, marital status, religious requirements and intended use of the marriage documents.
How the Process Works
The service may include identity and marital-status review, Nikah Khawan and witness coordination, mehr, Nikah Nama preparation, lawful representation where required, Pakistan registration guidance, translation and attestation guidance.
Can Both Parties Remain in London?
In some cases a suitable Pakistan-based procedure may be available without both parties travelling to Pakistan, but this depends on the documents, representation requirements and registration route. We assess the case before confirming the arrangement.
London Is a Service Area, Not a Current Office
Online Nikah UK previously had UK offices, but currently has no physical office in London or elsewhere in the United Kingdom. We are not London Central Mosque, the Islamic Cultural Centre, a UK register office or a London marriage venue.
UK Civil Recognition
A religious Nikah does not automatically become a civil marriage in England and Wales. A Pakistan-based marriage may be recognised as an overseas marriage depending on the law under which it was contracted and the circumstances. A video call by itself should not be presented as automatically creating a UK civil marriage.
Both parties must be at least 18 to marry or enter a civil partnership in England and Wales. Immigration eligibility is separate from marriage validity, and we do not guarantee a spouse visa.
